Shipping policy

Most orders received by 6:00 p.m. EST will ship within 2 business days from date of order, depending upon the product and manufacturer's stock availability. Orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or the United States Postal Service depending on product type and quantity ordered. If you require a specific carrier or delivery specifications please contact us at orders@sayhomedecor.com prior to order placement. 

We will notify customers by email applicable tracking information when orders ship. For certain items shipping from our affiliates, tracking information is not available in real time and may be subject to delays.

In the case of delayed order processing or out of stock products the purchaser will be notified within 3 business days. Out of stock items will automatically be placed on backorder with the manufacturer and orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.

Orders will be accepted through this site 24/7, 365 days a year however shipping times are impacted by normal work hours (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) and observed holidays. Buyers should anticipate these restrictions when placing orders.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered during order placement can accept the delivery of products. Say Decor is not liable for delivery issues related to incorrect address information provided by buyers.

We have no liability to the buyer with respect to shipping delays or delivery failure due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, employee strikes, and transport problems or delays.
